The Taq PCR Master Mix 2x with Red Tracking Dye is supplied with all the necessary components optimised for successful PCR amplification and is ready to use. The addition of a red dye and additive to this Master Mix enables PCR products to be loaded directly onto agarose and SDS DNA gels, without the need for adding a loading buffer. It also helps the visualisation of the pipetting and mixing step, reducing any room for error and saving extra time.
