DNA Tissue Sample Stabilization & Purification Kits
The validity and reliability of results in genotyping assays depend on the integrity of DNA sample material. The unique PurifyLater Tissue Stabilizer solution, developed by BioEcho, guarantees protection against degradation of both DNA and RNA, whether short-term or indefinitely.
The EchoLUTION Tissue DNA Kits facilitate a fast and simplified single-step spin column purification of genomic DNA from human or animal tissue (fresh, frozen, or stabilized), which eliminates the risk of PCR failure and safe time and money in the lab.
DNA Tissue Sample Stabilization Solution
The PurifyLater Tissue Stabilizer solution ensures reliable short-term or long-term protection against degradation of both DNA and RNA. Human or animal tissue samples can be stored in the PurifyLater Tissue Stabilizer solution indefinitely in freezer storage or for up to 4 weeks in fridge storage.
The PurifyLater Tissue Stabilizer solution is a non-toxic reagent and therefore generally safer to handle, as well as being ecologically friendly. Moreover, the DNA stabilization solution allows scalability for all requirements (1000 samples a 10 mg or 20 samples a 1 g).
The PurifyLater Tissue Stabilizer solution is available in 100 ml or 500 ml.
Genomic DNA Purification Kits
The innovative EchoLUTION genomic DNA purification kits are developed for single-step spin column purification of genomic DNA from 0.1 to 10 mg fresh, frozen, or stabilized human or animal tissue. The revolutionary kits offer convenience, as well as speed, completing the process in less than 40 min by skipping the tedious bind-wash-elute procedure altogether.
EchoLUTION Tissue DNA Kits are designed to work without inhibitors used in the traditional silica-based bind-wash-elute DNA extraction. This prevents any PCR drop-outs from occurring as there is no risk of reagents inhibiting enzymatic reaction-based analysis.
The new 96-well DNA purification kits also use approximately 70% less plastic than the traditional method of extraction, and significantly reduce plastic and hazardous liquid waste.
As well as being much faster and more reliable the DNA purification kits also ensure optimal efficiency. With the EchoLUTION Micro Kit range, researchers can achieve a very high DNA yield from small samples, with nearly 100 % recovery and no valuable sample loss.
