The AUMED test kit RT-LAMP Assay SARS-CoV2 offers significantly higher cost-effectivity compared to traditional PCR assays while providing the same sensitivity and specificity. SARS-CoV-2 tests can be performed in under 1 hour in isolated viral RNA samples or primary samples without RNA isolation.
The kit contains a reagent box for 45 tests, a 96-well PCR plate and a lid plate with the stain in a lightproof container. Diagnostics of SARS-CoV-2 can be performed in laboratories of any size without the need for a PCR cycler. Moreover, results can be read with the naked eye or on a mobile device. This offers a great level of convenience and ease of use for laboratories and staff, as well as a reduction of costs and process time.
SARS-CoV-2 detection direct from samples without RNA isolation

An alternative to RT-qPCR, RT-LAMP (reverse transcription and loop-mediated isothermal amplification) enables amplification of nucleic acids with a high specificity, productivity and speed under isothermal conditions. The test results can be read reliably based on color change unaided by equipment.
