Recombinant Human Granulocyte and Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor (hGM-CSF). It provokes the development of neutrophils, macrophages and megakaryocytic and eosinophilic progenitor cells. The Human GM-CSF is a 14.6 kDa protein that contains 128 amino acid residues.
IL-4 Human
Pleiotropic cytokine produced by activated T cells. Human Interleukin-4 (IL-4) is a 15 kDa protein that contains 130 amino acid residues. IL-4 regulates the differentiation of helper Th2 cells in favor of a humoral immune response.
Interleukin 1alpha (IL-1α) Cytokines
Interleukin 1alpha (IL-1α) is a pleiotropic cytokine involved in various immune responses, inflammatory processes, and hematopoiesis. IL-1 alpha stimulates T-cell proliferation by inducing IL-2 release, B-cell maturation and proliferation, and many other pro-inflammatory stimuli.
