imusyn’s Dyemer & myDyemer are groundbreaking T cell staining reagents designed for antigen-specific CD8+ T cell detection using flow cytometry.
These novel reagents consist of eukaryotically expressed MHC class I molecules. Thanks to a streptavidin-binding tag used for multimerization, they offer reversible staining through simple biotin incubation. The reagents are available as ready-to-use Dyemer or peptide-receptive myDyemer, readily loadable by single-step peptide addition.
Researchers and scientists can select from a diverse MHC class I portfolio covering over 100 different alleles, ensuring reliable and efficient staining.
Reliable Staining Efficiency
Dyemer & myDyemer detect antigen-specific CD8+ T cells reliably and stain with competitive efficiency. Flow Cytometry analysis shows PE-labelled Dyemer compared to tetramer of the same specificity, ensuring high performance in research applications.
