Rapid Cellular DNA Extraction Kits
The novel EchoLUTION Cell Culture DNA Kits provide superior practicality and speed, completing the entire process, including sample lysis, in approximately 30 min, without the need for a bind-wash-elute procedure. This not only accelerates the purification of nucleic acids significantly but also reduces hands-on handling time to only 3 min per sample.
The single-step spin column purification of DNA from up to 2 x 106 fresh or frozen cultured cells is possible using the same protocol. There is no need for optimisation of parameters like lysis time, temperature or elution volume.
Cellular DNA Extraction Without Inhibiting Contaminants
Because the purified genomic DNA from the EchoLUTION kit contains no traces of chaotropic salts, organic solvents, heavy metal ions, or other inhibiting contaminants, it performs better in downstream applications like real-time PCR and PCR, even with undiluted samples with the DNA solution accounting for up to 45 percent of the entire PCR reaction volume.
Moreover, the absence of hazardous materials and the use of 70% less plastic than silica-based kits drastically reduces waste for modern sustainable laboratory operations.
Highest Purity DNA From Cell Lines or Primary Cells
The EchoLUTION Cell Culture DNA Kits are designed to generate high yield, ultra-pure, high molecular weight DNA from all common cultured cell lines such as HeLa, COS or HEK and primary cells from eukaryotic origin.
The TurboLyse C Protease Mix developed by BioEcho contains a special mix of active enzymes with expanded substrate specificity. This allows all types of cells to be lysed successfully with one simplified protocol.
The patent-pending EchoLUTION single-spin purification method integrates an initial filtration, holding back any cell debris, with a highly effective reverse purification. The cleared lysate is directly loaded onto the spin column. Because all impurities are filtered out and the highly pure DNA is collected in the flow-through, the complete DNA is recovered effortlessly with almost 100 % recovery and the highest purity.
