SYNENTEC has recently launched a next generation of automated high-throughput cell imaging systems, the CELLAVISTA® and NYONE® imagers.
The fully automated high-throughput cell imaging systems provide a fast and convenient way to target your particular cell culture requirements. With the continuous addition of new applications, the YT-image analysis software® is expanded to include data batch-processing tools for the highest claims in plate throughput and automated data handling.
The SYNENTEC automated cell imagers have a broad range of application including, high throughput development of new vaccines, stem cell research and analysis, cancer research, drug development, including apoptosis monitoring, toxicity-studies, EC50 determination, surface marker analysis and ROS-detection.
High-content fluorescence cell culture microscopes
High-content microscopy using fluorescence is a powerful tool to investigate individual cell structure and function, cell subpopulations, and mechanisms underlying cellular responses to drugs, especially in combination with the YT-image analysis software® for cutting edge image cytometry.
With its Scientific Instrument Series of high-throughput cell imagers, which have been developed around the highly sensitive 16 bit sCMOS camera, SYNENTEC also offers an effective, highly sensitive technology.
All of SYNENTEC’s highly customisable cell culture microscope systems have the option of full fluorescence capability. The cell imagers can support research with high-resolution imaging in brightfield and diverse fluorescence channels in combination with automated software for image cytometry.

Automated plate handler and assay incubator
To answer the automation needs of laboratories by helping make research more effective and keeping researchers hands free, SYNENTEC has developed an automated plate handler that is compatible with the company’s imaging systems and incubator, the SYBOT-1000. The automated plate handler is also fully integrated into the YT-image analysis software and is an excellent combination with the assay incubator CytomatTM 2 C-LiN, especially for long-term imaging experiments.
Ready-to-go assay kits for cell imaging systems
To simplify and streamline the research process even further SYNENTEC also offers ready-to-go assay kits, which are developed particularly for use with the company’s cell imaging systems.
