It is capable of recognizing both recombinant and naturally produced Rat IP-10 proteins. Cross-reactivity testing was conducted at 50 ng/ml, and the kit exhibited less than 2% cross reactivity with Murine IP-10. Furthermore, it did not exhibit significant cross reactivity or interference with the listed human, murine, and rat antigens at the tested concentrations.

The Rat IP-10 OmniKine™ ELISA Kit includes the following components per kit: 12 x 8-Well Microstrips coated with Capture Antibody, Lyophilized Protein Standard, Lyophilized Biotinylated Detection Antibody, 400x Streptavidin-HRP B (30 μl), Wash Buffer (15x, 50 ml), Assay Diluent 45HB (15 ml), Assay Diluent 1TD (50 ml), Ready-to-Use Substrate (12 ml), Stop Solution (12 ml), Adhesive Plate Sealers (2 sheets), Technical Manual (1 manual). After the first use, the Microstrips coated with Capture Antibody can be stored for 1 month at 4°C.

Rat IP-10 recombinant protein was spiked into various biological samples and serial diluted with Assay Diluent 45HB for serum and/or plasma samples and Assay Diluent 1TD for RPMI 10% FBS.
Three concentrations of recombinant Rat IP-10 was spiked into various samples to measure the recovery percentage of recombinant protein in duplicate.
The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for IP-10. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. The OmniKine™ Rat IP-10 ELISA Kit allows for the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Rat IP-10 proteins within the range of 16-1000 pg/ml.
