MIRAI Cold 10 uses an open cycle to provide ultra-cold air straight into the chamber, eliminating the need for an evaporator and auxiliary fans. In addition, the open cycle range of refrigeration machines by MIRAI come with a novel humidity extraction device, which captures humidity from the air in the chamber and extracts it mechanically. Thereby the buildup of ice is eradicated and there is no need for frequent defrost procedures.
