CytoGlow™ ACK1 (Phospho-Tyr284) Cell-Based ELISA Kit

The Phospho-ACK1 (Tyr284) Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit offered by Assay Biotechnology is a cutting-edge and highly efficient assay kit designed to detect and quantify the phosphorylation status of ACK1 protein at Tyr284 in various cell types. This kit offers a range of advantages, including its convenience, high throughput capacity, and remarkable sensitivity. Moreover, it does not require lysate preparation, streamlining the process and saving valuable time for researchers.

The key application of this kit lies in its ability to monitor ACK1 protein phosphorylation and expression profiles within cells. Researchers can precisely measure the relative amounts of phosphorylated ACK1 in cultured cells, enabling detailed investigations into the functional implications of ACK1 activation in different experimental conditions.

One of the key features of the Phospho-ACK1 (Tyr284) Cell-Based ELISA Kit is its capability to facilitate the screening of various treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators for their effects on ACK1 phosphorylation. This screening functionality opens up a world of possibilities for studying the regulation of ACK1 signaling pathways and understanding the impact of specific agents on their activity.

Excellent specificity for ACK1 phosphorylated at Tyr284

The specificity of the kit’s antibodies is of paramount importance. The Anti-ACK1 (Phospho-Tyr284) Antibody used in the kit has been thoroughly tested on Western Blots to ensure its accuracy and reliability. The data from these tests show that a single protein band was detected, and this protein band could be effectively blocked by the synthesized immunogen peptide, affirming the antibody’s specificity for ACK1 phosphorylated at Tyr284.

Similarly, the Anti-ACK1 Antibody and the Anti-GAPDH Antibody (a mouse monoclonal antibody) employed in the kit were also tested for specificity on Western Blots. In both cases, a single protein band was detected, further confirming the accuracy of the kit’s antibodies.

Ready-to-use: The ACK1 (Phospho-Tyr284) Cell-Based ELISA Kit Includes All Necessary Components

The Phospho-ACK1 (Tyr284) Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit comes complete with all the necessary reagents for successful experimentation. The package includes a 96-well cell culture clear-bottom microplate, 10x TBS, quenching buffer, blocking buffer, 15x wash buffer, primary antibodies (Anti-Phospho-ACK1 (Tyr284) Antibody, Anti-ACK1 Antibody, and Anti-GAPDH Antibody), HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies (Anti-Rabbit IgG and Anti-Mouse IgG), primary antibody diluent, ready-to-use substrate, stop solution, crystal violet solution, SDS solution, and adhesive plate seals.
