The 3DProSeed StromaLine Glial Models and Nervous System Stroma is developed to replicate an artificial culture system comprising neuronal and non-neuronal cells such as glial cells, stromal cells of the nervous system (blood and lymphatic endothelial cells, pericytes, meningeal fibroblasts) and last but not least immune cells. Ectica also provides robust and well characterized human and non-human glial models of the central and peripheral nervous system which can be further developed towards co-cultures systems incorporating malignant glioma cells and stromal components. The company offers pre-tested and also pre-seeded glial cells with necessary media and reagents for characterization of the cellular phenotype and of the endogenous extra-cellular matrix.
